Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases/donations made for YOUR_SERVER_NAME (“we”, “us”, “our”),
including virtual currency and virtual items delivered in the Service.
Important: Virtual goods are delivered digitally and may be consumed instantly.
Please read carefully before purchasing.
1) General Rule
All sales are generally final once virtual currency/items are delivered to an account.
We may issue refunds only in limited circumstances described below.
2) Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Non-delivery: You paid but did not receive the virtual currency/items due to a verified system error.
- Duplicate charges: You were charged twice for the same transaction.
- Unauthorized purchase: A purchase was made without your authorization (subject to investigation).
3) Ineligible Refund Scenarios
- You changed your mind after delivery.
- Items/currency have been spent, traded, transferred, or used in any way.
- Account penalties (bans/suspensions) due to rule violations.
- Server wipes, rollbacks, balance changes, or maintenance interruptions.
- Purchases made to gain an advantage and then requesting a refund.
4) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate the associated account
and/or revoke delivered virtual items/currency to protect the Service from fraud.
5) Time Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, unless otherwise
required by applicable law.
6) How to Request a Refund
Contact us at billing@yourdomain.com with:
- Account username
- Transaction ID / receipt screenshot
- Date and amount
- Reason for the request
7) Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on
the payment provider/bank.
