1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, creating an account, or using any service provided by JunkieLists MU Online (“the Server,” “the Website,” “the Platform”), the user (“the Player”) confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this document.
Continued use of the services constitutes unconditional agreement to all rules, policies, and decisions made by the team.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the services offered by JunkieLists.

2. ACCOUNTS AND DIGITAL OWNERSHIP
All accounts, characters, items, virtual currency, and any content generated in the game remain the exclusive property of JunkieLists.
The player is granted only a temporary, limited, and revocable right of use.
The team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or delete accounts, characters, or items without notice and without obligation to provide justification.
Loss of access, items, progress, or data does not entitle the user to compensation.

3. ADMIN RIGHTS AND SANCTIONS
The administration team holds full authority over all decisions.
Depending on severity, the following actions may be taken:
•	warnings,
•	temporary sanctions,
•	restrictions,
•	permanent bans.
The severity of offenses is determined solely by the staff.
The team is not obligated to provide public evidence or further explanations.
In cases of hacking, exploiting, fraud, or harmful behavior, access may be immediately and permanently revoked.
Staff decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4. IN-GAME AND COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR
Players must maintain a respectful and civil behavior both in-game and across all related platforms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
•	offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or inflammatory language,
•	aggressive behavior, harassment, or defamation,
•	advertising or promoting other servers,
•	use of hacks, bots, macros, or third-party programs,
•	exploiting bugs or failing to report them.
Any violation may result in sanctions at the discretion of the staff.

5. SECURITY AND MONITORING
JunkieLists reserves the right to monitor player activity, including:
•	IP addresses,
•	login logs,
•	transactions,
•	in-game behavior.
These data are used strictly for security and maintaining server integrity.
Tampering with game or client files will result in a permanent ban.

6. EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS
By participating on the server, the player grants JunkieLists the unrestricted right to use:
•	character names,
•	images,
•	videos,
•	in-game screenshots,
for promotional, media, or educational purposes, without obligation to provide compensation.

7. DONATIONS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY
Donations are entirely voluntary and do not represent a commercial contract.
The player acknowledges and agrees that:
•	virtual currency is a voluntary reward in exchange for donations,
•	donations are non-refundable under any circumstances,
•	the server is not obligated to compensate, refund, or reimburse in any context,
•	purchases do not grant any additional rights over the account.
The server reserves the right to modify the donation and reward system at any time.

8. TRADING, SCAMS, AND LOSSES
Trades between players are performed at their own risk.
The staff will not investigate or compensate for losses caused by:
•	scams,
•	digital theft,
•	user error,
•	mistaken transactions.
Any attempt to trade items for real money (RMT) will result in a permanent ban.

9. UPDATES, WIPES, AND MAINTENANCE
The server may be:
•	updated,
•	modified,
•	reset,
•	shut down,
at any time without prior notice.
Progress, items, or accounts may be reset as needed for development purposes.
No compensation is granted for losses due to updates, resets, or maintenance.

10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Only the information necessary for the operation of the server is collected.
It is used strictly for:
•	security,
•	abuse prevention,
•	account management.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law.
By creating an account, the player agrees to data processing.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The server is offered “as-is” without any guarantee of continuous operation.
JunkieLists is not responsible for:
•	digital losses,
•	instability,
•	bugs,
•	connection errors,
•	player-side malfunctions.
The team is under no obligation to compensate for digital damages of any kind.

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
JunkieLists reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
Any action deemed harmful will result in permanent removal.
JunkieLists may also stop or modify any part of the services at any time, without notice.

13. ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER
By accessing the server, the player explicitly agrees that:
•	there is no obligation for compensation, reimbursement, or refund,
•	administrative decisions cannot be challenged,
•	all legal or moral claims are null,
•	the player voluntarily waives any right to action against JunkieLists.

14. FINAL CLAUSE
JunkieLists may update these terms at any time.
The updated version becomes active at the time of publication.
Ignorance of the terms cannot be used as an excuse.

REFUND POLICY – JUNKIELISTS MU ONLINE

1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS

“Account” refers to the personal information and credentials used by users to access virtual currency, virtual items, services, and/or any communication system provided by this site.

“License” refers to the terms and conditions governing the use of virtual currency, virtual items, or services purchased through this site.

“Virtual items” are in-game items made available by JunkieLists MU Online in exchange for virtual currency.

“Virtual currency” refers to the digital currency provided by JunkieLists MU Online, obtained through donations or, in some cases, through in-game activities. Virtual currency is valid only during the project edition in which it was obtained and cannot be transferred across editions.

“Service” refers to any facilities, tools, information, or functionalities provided by JunkieLists MU Online through the game or website.

“Payment information” refers to the data required to complete donations (name, address, card details, bank account, etc.).

“Purchase information” refers to any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, or receipts associated with a donation.

“System” refers to the online communication infrastructure (website, email, support platforms, forums, social media).

“User(s)” refers to any individual(s) using the JunkieLists MU Online services and not part of the administrative team.

“Website” refers to https://junkielists.com and its subdomains.


2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF THE REFUND POLICY

JunkieLists MU Online provides virtual currency and virtual items in exchange for donations.

Therefore, all donations are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.

JunkieLists MU Online does not offer refunds or return any payments or donations, regardless of the reason.

This policy applies to all users, under all circumstances.


3. NO OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE

JunkieLists MU Online is not obligated to offer any compensation in situations including, but not limited to:
• loss of virtual items;
• loss of in-game progress;
• user errors;
• local or global technical issues;
• server downtime or maintenance;
• server resets, wipes, updates, or content changes;
• bugs, software conflicts, or incompatibilities;
• account sanctions (bans, restrictions, etc.).

Any compensation granted is purely voluntary and does not create precedent or obligation for future cases.


4. NO REFUND OBLIGATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Regardless of the situation—technical issues, dissatisfaction, disputes, sanctions, interruptions, errors, or game changes—there is no obligation to refund any donations or payments.

All payments are considered donations, not purchases with return rights.


5. USE AND LIMITATIONS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY

• Virtual currency cannot be converted into real money.
• Virtual currency is non-refundable.
• Virtual currency can only be used in the project edition in which it was obtained.
• Virtual currency will automatically expire if not used during the lifetime of the project.
• Unused virtual currency packages will not be refunded.

Refund requests within the first 24 hours are reviewed solely at the discretion of the JunkieLists MU Online team.


6. VIRTUAL ITEMS GIVEN AS BONUSES

Virtual items granted for free (bonuses, gifts, promotions) cannot be refunded and will not be converted into virtual currency.


7. DELIVERY ERRORS

If a virtual item or service purchased with virtual currency contains errors at delivery:
• the user must notify the team within 24 hours,
• otherwise, the request may be denied.

Refund of virtual currency will only be issued if the issue is confirmed by the team.


8. ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

Accidental virtual currency purchases caused by payment processor errors must be resolved directly with the payment provider.

JunkieLists MU Online does not control and cannot cancel banking transactions and is not responsible for processor-related errors.


9. CONSEQUENCES OF EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS

In rare cases where the team decides to issue a refund:

JunkieLists MU Online reserves the right to suspend or close the involved account to prevent abuse.


10. PROJECT DURATION

By making a donation, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
• virtual items,
• progress,
• virtual currency,
will be deleted at the end of the project edition, as per the Terms and Conditions.
